Description
Sound description: Marina rockers Smokey the Giant formed in 2006 and have become the regular sound that can be heard blaring from within The Penny Farthing in Salinas. The band describes themselves as a “punk rock enthusiast, a hair metal fan, a rockabilly devotee, and a progressive rock aficionado,” who have joined forces to create a “sound that is undeniable inquisitive electricity.”
