Writer Brett Wilbur, who's spending some time in Montana this summer, reports that the state is beautiful, the living cheap and the people...well...a lot of them have difficulty overcoming their notions about what Californians are like. Not that Golden State expatriates are doing much to help the situation, many of them seeming to do their best to re-create the same problems in Montana that they fled in California.
