Cash savings are an especially salient issue in a state facing a third year of major budget deficits. Of the 20 CSU campuses already established, each campus president has been asked to plan for a cut of 7 percent for fiscal year 1993-1994. CSU students are looking at an increase of fees for the third year in a row to almost double what fees were in 1990.
