Along with burglary and other illegal methods of acquiring weapons, gang members apparently are turning to licensed gun dealers as another source for firearms. Legally, underage gang members with criminal records are prohibited from buying guns from dealers, but if the dealer ignored those legal restrictions, buying a gun is not a problem--unless the gun dealer gets caught.
