20 Monterey Rock & Art Festival. A music and art festival featuring more than 30 bands from California and beyond. Many up-and-coming bands will be showcased at this diverse, cutting-edge event. 27-28 Monterey Bay Blues Festival. A celebration of that distinctive American art form known as the blues.
