A: I was just entering my senior year of high school. I was trying to figure out what to do with my life. I was a dancer but I decided to apply to college.

Doctor, Doctor: I plan to be in medical school. I should be graduating five years from now. I want to be a pediatrician; I love kids.

JOSE VILLAGRANA | Security Officer | Marina

A: I was in high school playing football. I was kicking back and hanging out with friends.

Play nice: I will be in corrections, like a prison guard. It’s what I’ve been doing for a few years, so that’s the plan.

LYNN RIDDLE | Retired | Oak Hills

A: I was in the Monterey Peninsula area as the Executive Director of Shelter Outreach Plus, a nonprofit organization. I was also volunteering at many other organizations. I live a life of service.
