It is about consistency at Cafe Lumiere. Owner Brandi Lamb has all her baristas keep the same methodology in making espresso drinks: a super clean (read: no old milk residue or coffee grounds) machine, cold milk and silky, smooth espresso shots. The result is velvet foam goodness, usually poured with a sweet design, like a leaf or a heart. Oh yeah, she keeps it local by using beans from Acme Coffee (see above).
