Eden’s a pro, and that’s all there is to it. She’s got delicately strong hands and is a natural at drawing out the worst – toxins, strained joints and tired, achy muscles – and injecting a bit of calm, serenity and healing with her master touch. There’s not much worse than a wimpy massage, and Eden doesn’t even come close. Don’t let her sweet nature fool you. She’s also a personal trainer, and teaches yoga and spin with a “boot-camp style.” We’re sort of partial to her cranial sacral therapy (scalp rub to die for) and her hot rock massages, but really any time under her spell is sheer magic.
