His culinary creations are divine and so is the price point: $15. Plus there’s the weekly Fromage Fridays, 4-6 pm, with complimentary wine and cheese pairings, by-appointment ATV tours of the SIP (Sustainability in Practice) certified vineyards and winery, and an outdoor, sunny patio with picnic tables and Pinnacles in the distance.
