The County Supervisors today denied a claim from former Building Services Director Tim McCormick, county counsel Les Girard announced after a closed session meeting on the issue.
McCormick had accused various county officials wrongful termination, age discrimination, defamation and other allegations, as the Weekly revealed Oct. 6.
The supes' denial of his claim lays the groundwork for a potential lawsuit.
