A giant lizard kite fills the sky over Glorya Jean Tate park in Marina on Sunday afternoon.
A clear, blue sky greeted kite-flyers and wind fans on Sunday afternoon during the 12th annual Marina International Festival of the Winds at Glorya Jean Tate park.
The lizard kite is owned by Brian Champie from Santa Rosa who has attended the Marina Festival for 12 years.
